Our 3″W x 6″H alteration tag is an economical solution to allow you to track your customer’s orders and scheduled pickups. Made in an off-white/ecru color with black print, the tag features a place to write in the date, customer information, article description and amount of sale. Because the tag is perforated for easy division into two section, with a red 5-digit layaway number in each, accounting and filing is a less strenuous process.
